Please read these terms of use carefully. By using my website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use.  The content of this website is for your general information only.  All information contained in this website is subject to change without notice.

Orders are accepted over the telephone, by email or post.  Orders are only booked once the deposit had been received.

Food Allergies & Intolerances: Some of my foods contain allergens, please speak to me about further information on this matter.  For example, nuts, wheat and dairy products are all used in my kitchen, but every care is taken to keep them separated when making special dietary cakes or standard cakes which are meant to be nut free.  Please talk to me for any reassurance.  A list of ingredients will be provided, if requested, once the order has been accepted.

I have no minimum notice period to take cake orders, however, I recommend you book at least five working days in advance as I am booked up at times.

I will make every effort to make cakes to your specification; however there may be slight variations in appearance as all of my cakes are handmade.

Payment is accepted via cash, cheques or bank transfer.

To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the balance to be paid in full upon delivery/collection.  However, wedding cakes must be paid in full two weeks before the delivery/collection date.

Amendments to the cake design can usually be accommodated up to one month before the collection/delivery date.  Changes made later than this may incur further charges. Should you wish to make adjustments to your order at any time contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to meet your needs within reason.

My cakes are made to order.  If an order is cancelled less than 4 weeks in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.  Orders cancelled less than 1 week in advance, the full payment will be due.  I will not hesitate in taking legal action in cases of non-payment.

In the unlikely event I am unable to make your cake due to illness I will try my best to get you a replacement baker.  If that is not possible you will be issued with a full refund.

I will make free deliveries within a 5 mile radius of my business kitchen.  Thereafter, a charge of 40p per mile will be charged.

To maintain their fresh-baked quality, my cakes need to be stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated).  The cakes (except cupcakes) should stay fresh in this condition for up to 4-5 days.  Cupcakes will stay fresh for up to 2 days.  My cakes are freshly made with no preservatives so therefore have a shorter shelf life.
