1. How long will my cake stay fresh, once made?
My cakes need to be stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated).  The cakes should stay fresh in this condition for up to 4-5 days.  Cupcakes will stay fresh for up to 2 days.  My cakes are freshly made with no preservatives so therefore have a shorter shelf life.

2. What icing flavours are available?
The following flavours are available:  Lemon, Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate fudge, Butterscotch, Coffee and Red Velvet.

3. Can you make gluten free and vegan recipes?
Yes – I can make cakes for most dietary requirements.

4. I have problems with food allergies and intolerance.  How I can be sure of the foodstuffs you have used.?
Yes, some of my products will contain allergens. To be sure about  ingredients used, please talk to me.  I will provide a list of ingredients.  I also make checks on the foods I have used to prepare my cakes and have records.  For example, nuts, wheat and dairy products are all used in my kitchen, but every care is taken to keep them (and foodstuffs) separated when making special dietary cakes or standard cakes which are meant to be nut free.
